I just received the offer email from xAI for the AI Tutor(general) role. However, it seems like there are no benefits whatsoever. They didn’t mention health, 401k or PTO details. Ofcourse , I’m waiting for the official offer letter and maybe they’ll outline these details there. But if you are based in USA and can shed some light on what I should be expecting and if there is any room to negotiate, please comment and share some insights. Thanks!
Currently under contract, finalizing lenders after inspection went well. Seller is on land contract from 2016, I have conventional mortgage. Is this something that I need to be concerned about, or ask legal advice on?
My realtor says it's no different than any other seller using proceeds to pay off mortgage, and title companies know what to do for this, but I'm wary about land contracts adding complications and delays to the timeline.

I was wondering, whilst I read through top 50 charts and so on, so I know what to get next, what people's opinions are on games that have been massively improved since being patched or updated?
I have a presentation in a couple hours and feel like my speaking is impared through mouth sores. I don't remember what I ate that caused it. I don't have special mouth washes sadly. Does anyone have a recommendation?
I have called vanguard a few times without resolution on this. I have a Rollover Trad-IRA, all contributions from 2021 and prior are pre-tax. From 2022 on I have been completely phased out of Roth & Trad IRA Pre-tax contributions but I have been maxing deposits every year. As a result I have 22,23,24, & 25 Trad-IRA contributions that are NOT pre-tax which I want to convert into my Roth IRA (backdoor) without tax being owed from my understanding.
My accountant is telling me I can't convert the 22-25 IRA to Roth IRA until I move the 21 & earlier contributions out of the Trad-IRA into my 401k. If I do it the other way, I get hit with taxes.
Can anyone guide me here? Vanguard gets confused when I call them and I'm not sure which direction to go. I want to get these post-tax Trad-IRA contributions into my Roth but I don't want to create a tax nightmare.
The suspicious card is "prodige ingénieux".
So I can't upload the video here which is the best argument I think. The glare is very different, which is a bit hard to see on picture, and more importantly the sound the card makes from rubbing it with a finger is very hollow compared to a legitimate card.

I don't know how well this translate from my shitty phone camera, but the text is noticeably more blurry, and so is the set symbol. I did the rip test and the blue center is here but way wider and different than legit cards. The blacks are also less intense overall.
Reasons I'm not 100% sure:
\- The holofoil looks legit
\- The back does not have the fake feel of the front, and has correct glare and everything
So yeah i think I have a strong case but I'd love to hear some of y'alls input

I found a font that would work great for my brand logo, but I can’t find any contact info for the owner to get commercial use approval. Would it be better to just design my own custom logo instead of risking it and using said font?

Attended GenCon the past few years and love it.
I’m a fantasy cartographer, and I’d be interesting in attending panels on the subject, or trying to put a panel together through myself and others working in the space, but I’ve never submitted to be on one before.
I see that the event submissions are open for 2025, but reading through the package on events I am not seeing anything specific to panels.
Does anyone know anything about the process of submitting panels- are they the same as events?

I was able to squeeze 2 medium bunnies inside btw!! and the size is almost the same as the huge bashful bunny!! I was shocked at how big it was 💞😂 the straps are adjustable too 😌🩷 I ordered it from selfridges!!
I have car that has overspray all over the car, after about 2 hours of clay bar i got most of the lighter areas off but there are a few places on the car that have larger dried drops that isn't seeming to budge at all with the clay bar or pressure washer. I even took a microfiber cloth and tried rubbing some acetone on it but doesn't budge. So i did some research and found someone had a similar issue and used goof off graffiti remover to get the spots off. I know goof off makes an overspray remover product but non are in stock in my area and it'd take a few days to arrive so i wanted to see if anyone has ever tried this product or if there was something else i could possibly do, im really stuck
